Rowland Ojo Onigiobi
Rowland Ojo Onigiobi is a dynamic and versatile corporate titan with a climbing career in the banking sector and real estate sector. He started his professional practice in the year 1998 with Bhojson Industries Plc as an account officer. He later joined Integrated Microfinance Bank Ltd in December, 2007, later move to Skye Bank Plc as a Relationship Manager/team lead in 2008 to 2010. However, in bid to widen the scope of his professionalism, he explored other areas of relevance especially in marketing; he got appointed into the Cornerstone Mortgage Bank Ltd as Relationship Manager in June, 2010 where he works for three years. After a sense of accomplishment at Cornerstone Mortgage Bank Ltd, he proceeded in the thirst for higher responsibilities and passion for Excellence he joined Crossover Mortgage Bank Ltd as as Relationship Manager / Head, National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme in February, 2013, and he was appointed as Marketing Manager in Denaro Properties Ltd in 2014. His contribution in the company were tremendous being a first class breed strategist he turned the operations of the company marketing around which brought in huge sales, growth and business expansion. His strategic and entrepreneurial spirit positions him as a leader who always seek for solutions to humanity and that forms the basis of his Real Estate and construction, Agricultural businesses, hygienic water production and Rowland Foundations to cater for humanity

Richard Olayemi Omoniyi
Dr. Richard is a formidable force in the FinTech world, with about 3 decades of transformative experience spanning Africa, UK and the US. His pioneering spirit and technical acumen have been instrumental in laying the foundation for Nigeria’s national payment systems, revolutionizing the financial landscape and making financial services more accessible and efficient.
In addition to his technological achievements, Dr. Richard is a serial entrepreneur with diverse investments in financial technology, travel tech, logistics, and real estate. His entrepreneurial ventures reflect his broad vision and deep understanding of market dynamics. His ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities has allowed him to build innovative solutions and nurture new business ventures, solidifying his impact on the FinTech industry and beyond. Academically, Dr. Richard’s credentials are as impressive as his professional accomplishments. Akinropo Akinola
Akinropo Akinola is a passionate catalyst for change who has the mandate to increase the quality of excellent service in education, business management, parenting and the methodology of nurturing African children as well as families into greatness while maximizing their full potential.
He is an accounting graduate from The Federa Polytehcnic, Ilaro, Ogun state, Nigeria. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered.
He is a fellow institute of management consulting .(FIMC)
He had a short stretch in Mobil Producing Unlimited, Nigeria, from March 1999 to April, 2001, and Reliance Bank Limited, from August 2001 to April 29, 2005, and later started a private business, major in financial brokerage.
He had been involved in youth counseling in his local church before he was called fully into the Parenting and Education ministry in 2011, which he pursues with vigor and passion to date.
